Terms and Conditions
1. Class RulesBe on time – Arrive at least 5 minutes before the lesson. Late arrivals will not be given extra time unless arranged in advance.
Show respect – Speak respectfully to the teacher and classmates. No interrupting, mocking, or inappropriate language.
Bring materials – Students must bring all required books, homework, and supplies to every class.
Complete homework – All assignments must be completed before class and turned in on time.
Stay in touch – Parents/guardians will receive brief updates regularly. Any major changes should be discussed beforehand.2. Attendance & Leave PolicyAll absence requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email.
In case of illness or emergency, a doctor’s note or parent’s signed statement may be provided afterward.
No-shows without prior notice will count as a missed lesson and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Absences may not exceed 20% of total classes per term. Excessive absences may affect future enrollment.
One-on-One: If the absence meets the notice requirement, one make-up lesson may be scheduled within two weeks, subject to availability.
Small Group: No make-up lessons or refunds are provided for missed classes. Lesson notes, assignments, or recordings may be offered.3. Payment PolicyTuition must be paid in full before the first class unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
One-on-One: Term package (10–15 weeks)
Small Group: Tuition is paid for the full term (e.g., 15 weeks)
A one-time registration fee ($20) to cover materials and administrative costs.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, Zelle.4. Refund PolicyOne-on-One: Tuition is non-refundable unless the teacher is unable to continue providing lessons.
If a student has a long-term illness (with a doctor’s note) or moves more than 20 miles away, 80% of unused lesson fees will be refunded.
Small Group: Tuition is non-refundable once paid. A full refund will only be issued if the teacher cancels a class.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (or by email) at least two weeks in advance.
