Terms and Conditions
Course Enrollment Agreement (One-on-One & Small Group Classes)I. Class Rules1. Punctuality: Class time will not be extended for late arrivals.2. Respect: Students should not interrupt others, make fun of classmates, and must use polite language.3. Materials: Students are expected to bring all necessary supplies (textbooks, homework, stationery, notebook, etc.).4. Homework: All assignments must be completed on time and brought to class for review.5. Parent Communication: Teachers will provide brief progress updates periodically. Please inform the teacher in advance of any important matters.II. Absence & Make-Up Policy6. Absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance (via phone, text, or WeChat).7. In case of emergencies (illness, accident), a doctor’s note or parent’s written explanation may be submitted afterward.8. Unreported absences will be considered a “no-show” and will not qualify for make-up classes or refunds.9. One-on-One Classes: If notice is given properly, one make-up class may be arranged within two weeks, at a mutually agreed time.10. Small Group Classes: No make-up classes or refunds. Teachers may provide class notes and homework.III. Tuition & Payment• All tuition must be paid in advance.• One-on-One Classes: Tuition is billed by session (10–15 weeks).• Small Group Classes: Tuition must be paid in full for the entire term.• Registration Fee: $20 (covers materials and administrative costs).• Payment Methods: Cash, check, or Zelle.• Refund Policy: Tuition is non-refundable unless the class is canceled.

课程报名合约（一对一 & 小班课）一、上课守则1. 准时到课：迟到不补时。2. 尊重师生：不打断他人发言，不嘲笑同学，使用礼貌用语。3. 携带用品：课本、作业、文具、笔记本等需准备齐全。4. 作业完成：按时完成课后练习并带来检查。5. 家长沟通：老师会定期简短回报学习情况，重要事项请提前告知。二、请假规定6. 请假须提前 24 小时通知老师（电话、简讯、WeChat）。7. 紧急情况（生病、意外）可课后补交医生证明或家长签名说明。8. 未事先通知且缺课，视为旷课，不补课、不退费。9. 一对一课程：符合请假规定可于两周内安排补课一次，时间需双方协调。10. 小班课程：不另补课、不退费，老师可提供讲义、作业。三、收费方式所有课程皆需先付后上。收费方式：- 一对一课程：按期收费（10-15 周）。- 小班课程：整期一次缴清。报名费（$20），用于教材或行政成本。付款方式：现金、支票、Zelle。退款规定：除非课程取消，否则不退费。
